The Dev Shell

Three characters

Nim, Ten, and Diz. Nim hates those around him, he's a loner. Ten is there with Nim everywhere he goes, only Nim can see Ten, an embodiment of longing, regret, troubled thoughts and a pain filled past. Diz, slightly younger then Nim, was his childhood friend. She is the only one who can see him for something other then what he appears to be. A secret love held back from his outer, seemingly lifeless shell.


A large city. A smaller sky. And a lone soul trying to make sense of it all.

     So, I basically left this thing to die for a few months. Mostly since I didn't seem to have a real purpose for this thing, and I did not care too much to turn this thing into some whiny teen-esque  whine fest where I write down my "emotions" and "thoughts" in a "somewhat private location" that is waved in the face of public eye, like Xanga and other such sites have become.

     I did not have a purpose. Well now I kinda do. Just like I wanted to, I wanted to make this a compilation of my ideas, where I can show progress of any side project I may want to work on to a willing audience. I am bringing the Dev Shell back in operation (the name may soon change, probably will). It seems whenever I start something like this the idea sounds great for the first few days then it rolls down a hill never to be seen by myself ever again. I'd like to break the trend.

I already have, in a sense.

     Because I have found myself with much more time on my hands then I would like, (I shake my fist at work daily for that) I have begun to brainstorm an idea for a little side project. One that brings about two things I like to do, and havent done in awhile:

-Write stories
-Illustrate

     Once I get a good brainstorm down on the two characters I am working on now, more details will be released, probably within a day or so.




     Oh yeah, Im also looking for a new scanner (shameless plugging)
